  • Hosting: Hetzner + Coolify in the EU (GDPR), one host today — with strong room to grow vertically.
  • Workspaces = logical isolation: one shared database where every row is tagged — each customer only ever sees its own data.
  • Scaling, measured: grow vertically first, then split the backend, then a CDN for player reads — Kubernetes only when real demand asks for it.
  • Enterprise readiness: ISO 27001 and high availability — that, not Kubernetes, is the real deal unblocker.
